晨读优美英文诗：太平洋岸边感怀　　The shattered water made a misty din.
　　Great waves looked over others coming in,
$ ^, J) g3 w! ]' u3 O9 x2 a0 w- c　　And thought of doing something to the shore
$ h& _% x* B  J1 Q' y0 n1 |* ?　　That water never did to land before.
1 ^5 B( i  ^6 Y  _　　The clouds were low and hairy in the skies,
' u% |2 i6 ^: _, D' ~3 d5 d　　Like locks blown forward in the gleam of eyes.
' j7 X4 j; t* E　　You could not tell, and yet it looked as if
　　The shore was lucky in being backed by cliff,
* H2 H/ B/ F( m+ B　　The cliff in being backed by continent;
　　It looked as if a night of dark intent
　　Was coming, and not only a night, an age.
4 o5 s5 d" b# @　　Someone had better be prepared for rage.
! w, v4 i% J3 N$ Y　　There would be more than ocean-water broken
　　Before God's last Put out the Light was spoken.
　　迷蒙咆啸，轩然大波，
　　汹涌飞溅，高低错落。
　　处心积虑，野心勃勃，
9 m. ?" n9 ?- Y; l1 I; Z　　欲将海岸，一口吞没。
　　乱云低垂，翻滚穿梭，
: s, q6 L, ~  d　　千堆发丝，眼前闪烁。
　　崖壁在前，奋力阻遏，
! t' I, d  z7 z% w5 H, D　　大陆在后，广为依托，
　　长岸有幸，免于灾祸。
　　阴沉海面，难以捉摸：
( c: h/ x% l( e$ r　　彻夜酝酿，长年思索，
　　只待暴发，生死予夺。
: ^% W! |1 N" q7 ]　　常备不懈，应有举措，
　　直到上帝，熄灭灯火。
